Feature · Your catalog in the call

The assistant knows your products. Because you set them once.

The assistant sees the products in your store as they change — the dashboard refreshes them every 30 s. There you add tags and set rules for single products: what the assistant may say and what to skip (from the Growth plan). The same data feeds the matching-product offers (see matching products →).

Catalog · from Starter

3 catalog layers. Set up once.

From the Starter plan the assistant sees name, price, variant and stock — with no extra work from you. Rules for single products come with the Growth plan. Catalog suggestions and a catalog structure of your own are set up with your team on the Enterprise plan. The tags then feed matching-product offers and the bigger basket (matching products →, bigger basket →).

Basic data
from Starter

The assistant sees your product data

The 6 key fields from your store: name, price, stock, variant, image and description — for the whole catalog. Nothing to map; once your store is connected it is ready in minutes.

412 products · 847 variants — that is what the assistant saw in the pilot store, with out-of-stock items marked automatically. No training, no learning from calls.
Rules for products
Growth+

Selected products are treated differently

Tags from your store plus your own rules for single products: on product X offer nothing more, on the tag "fragile" speak more carefully, on the tag "premium" add the manufacturer's note. You set it once and it holds until you change it.

23 active rules — that is a typical pilot store. Setting them up takes about 15 minutes, then you come back to the dashboard once a quarter.
Catalog suggestions [Enterprise]
Enterprise

The assistant suggests, you approve

The assistant reviews your catalog and order history, then suggests missing tags (for example often bought together, good first product) and fixes to descriptions. Only what you approve gets published. We set this up with your team on the Enterprise plan. Approved tags go into matching-product offers.

How it works

Your store sends the products → you tag them → the assistant uses them in the call.

Once your store is connected, the products reach the assistant on their own. You mark once in the dashboard what it should know about a given product. From then on it sticks to your catalog in every call.

3 steps: your store → tagging in the dashboard (tags and rules) → the assistant uses the catalog in the call
01
Your store sends the products

The catalog pulls itself in

Once your store is connected, all products and variants reach the assistant. The dashboard refreshes them every 30 s — add a product on your side and the assistant knows about it on the next call. No spreadsheets, no copying by hand.

Tags and rules for products

Under Products you give tags and rules to single products — for example premium, fragile, no extra offers. One setting holds until you change it; you don't repeat it for every call.

23 rules · about 15 min to set up

The call

The catalog during the call

The assistant reads the catalog before and during the call: it knows availability, price, variant, tag and your rules. The customer asks about a variant and gets a straight answer from your catalog.

How you set it up

Your catalog, ready for calls.

Under Products you see everything pulled from your store (read-only). You change product data in your own store — it shows up here at the next refresh. Rules for single products are set up together at launch (from the Growth plan).

  • Basic data — 6 fields from your store: name, price, stock, variant, image, description
  • Tags from your store and your ownpremium, fragile, seasonal, with a note — any system you like
  • Rules for single products — offer nothing more, speak more carefully, add the manufacturer's note
  • Last refresh — every product shows when we last pulled its data
  • Catalog suggestions (Enterprise) — missing tags and description fixes, set up with our team

Catalog suggestions · the assistant suggests, you approve.

For stores with a large catalog: the assistant reviews order history, variants and tags, then suggests missing tags, notes and fixes to descriptions. You review and approve — nothing is published without you. Approved tags then feed matching-product offers.

Catalog suggestions: the assistant proposes tags and notes with a 94% match, the store approves them in the dashboard

Nothing without your approval

Every suggestion lands on the to approve list. You approve with one click, reject with one click, and can handle whole batches at once.

The state of your catalog

The dashboard shows how many products have tags, how many rules each category has and when the catalog was last refreshed. You see at once where data is missing.

Story from a deployment

A store that stopped explaining everything again.

We used to brief the team on which products were premium, which magnesium came with a special note and which probiotic was fragile. Now 412 products and 23 rules sit in the dashboard for good. In a month we approved 28 of 35 suggestions — the catalog fills itself in.

The catalog grows with your plan.

Basic product data already works on the Starter plan ($45). Growth adds rules for single products. Catalog suggestions are set up with our team on the Enterprise plan. The tags you set here are used by matching-product offers, and connecting your store is described on the connections page.
