€1,500 a year for conferences, books and courses. Friday is a day for focus and learning, with no meetings.

Voice AI / NLU Engineer
You fine-tune language models and call scripts for phone conversations with store customers. You work with A/B tests and recordings of real calls. Tools: Python, vendor SDKs, LangSmith / Helicone.
Frontend Engineer — Marketing & Customer Panel
You build the customer panel and the marketing pages (React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind). You work with the product manager and designer on sales and ease of use. You ship every week.
Customer Success Manager
You set up our first 50 customers in Poland and Central Europe. You listen to their calls, improve the scripts and measure results. Fluent Polish and English needed.
Sales Development — Inbound
First contact with people who reach out to us from Poland and Central Europe: a conversation about their needs and a live demo of the assistant. B2B SaaS experience welcome, e-commerce and telephony very welcome.
Founding Backend Engineer
You co-build the core of the system: the Laravel API, integrations with telephony providers, the call queue and billing. Tools: PHP 8.3, Postgres, GCP, Symfony Messenger. You lead technical decisions.
