Can I refer as a private individual?

Yes. You don't need a registered business. You just settle your own income tax under local law and report the income yourself. At higher amounts a business setup with invoicing is usually the better option.
What if a customer cancels?

Your commission ends when the customer's payments end. We take nothing back. Customer stayed 8 months and cancelled? You keep 8 months of commission, and that's it. If they come back six months later, it starts again from the moment they pay again.
Does my commission grow if the customer changes plan?

Yes. You get 10% of every customer payment, whatever the plan. Customer started on Starter ($45) and moved to Scale ($325) after 3 months? Your commission grows from $4.50 to $32.50 a month. The same applies when they move to Enterprise.
Do you ever take a paid commission back?

Only if the customer disputes the card charge in Stripe. We then deduct that amount from your next payout (usually 1–2 payments). A normal cancellation is not the same thing — the commission simply ends. In practice disputed payments are under 1% of cases.
How do you know a customer came from me?

From the 10% discount coupon assigned to you. If the customer uses it at checkout, we credit them to you and pay your commission. The ref link helps us follow the journey, but the coupon is the clearest signal.
Can I refer myself?

No. If you open a customer account with the same email or billing details as your partner account, the system spots it and no commission is paid. You can of course use CallBotAgent as a regular customer.
When do I get my first payout?

After the customer's first successful payment plus 30 days for any refunds. So: the customer pays on 5 March → your commission counts for March → payout by 30 April. If it adds up to less than $50, it waits until you pass the minimum.
Is there a minimum number of customers?

No. Your first payout comes after your first referred customer, once you reach $50. There is no "you need 10 customers to start" and no trial period. You refer, they buy, you earn.
