This Legal Notice is provided pursuant to § 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), § 18 of the German Media State Treaty (MStV), Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar disclosure obligations under EU and Member State law.

LEADSMANSION Sp. z o.o. is the Operator's designated representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR. Data subjects in the EU/EEA may address communications to the EU Representative on all issues related to processing of their personal data, including to exercise their rights under the GDPR. Mandate of the EU Representative is limited to the scope set out in Article 27 GDPR; LEADSMANSION Sp. z o.o. is not the data controller and is not a contracting party to the Service.

4. Supervisory authorities
Data protection (EU): Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Polska — uodo.gov.pl. UODO is competent through the EU Representative based in Poland; data subjects in other EU/EEA Member States may also lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.
Data protection (UK): Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk.
Data protection (Switzerland): Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — edoeb.admin.ch.
Consumer protection (EU): as designated by national law of the consumer's residence.
5. Online dispute resolution (EU Regulation 524/2013)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Operator does not currently participate in any consumer-arbitration scheme and is not obliged to do so.
6. Professional liability insurance
The Operator maintains commercial general liability, errors-and-omissions / professional indemnity, and cyber-liability insurance policies as described in the Terms of Service. Coverage scope and policy limits as set out in the Terms of Service apply to all Customers under the Master Subscription Agreement accepted electronically at signup.
7. Trade marks and copyright
"CallBotAgent" and the CallBotAgent logo are trade marks of CallBotAgent, Inc. All other trade marks referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners. The contents of the site (text, images, source code) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law (e.g., quotation right, private copy).
8. Liability for content (Disclaimer)
To the extent permitted by § 7(1) TMG, the Operator is responsible for its own content on the site under general law. Pursuant to §§ 8–10 TMG, the Operator is not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on the site. Statutory obligations to remove or block use of information remain unaffected; any such liability arises only from the moment of becoming aware of a specific infringement.
The site may contain links to third-party websites whose content the Operator does not control. The Operator does not adopt the linked content as its own. At the time of linking, no infringements were apparent. Should a specific infringement become known, the Operator will remove the link without undue delay.
9. Languages
This Legal Notice is published in English. A Polish version may be available for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails (subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's residence).
10. Updates
The Operator may update this Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes to corporate information or applicable law. The latest version is always published at this URL.
