Customers don't pick up in a foreign language.
On their own market customers want to hear their own language. In English they often hang up after a few seconds. In Enterprise the assistant speaks 22+ languages as if it were local. In lower plans we add more languages in stages through 2026.
* +61% pickup: calls in the customer's own language compared with calls held in a language foreign to them. Source: industry reports from EU markets 2024–2025 and early data from the HealthLabs Pharm pilot (Scale+ early access). Your result depends on the market, the industry and how well your number is recognised.

Two languages from day one. More to come.
The assistant speaks your home-market language, and English when the delivery address is abroad. More EU markets (DE · FR · UK) start in Q2 2026 for Scale+. All 22+ languages are already in Enterprise, set up individually.
A natural voice, not a robot reading a script
The assistant speaks the way people really speak: natural rhythm, ordinary words, no mechanical sound. The customer listens, confirms and adds to the order.
A second language for abroad
Have customers outside your home market? Turn English on as the standby. The assistant uses it when the delivery address is abroad, or when the customer asks. You pick the second language in the panel.
Enterprise today · Scale+ earlier
Enterprise has 22+ languages today, set up individually. For Scale+ we launch German, French and British English in Q2–Q3 2026 — early access once released. Starter and Growth: your home language and English for now.
Order → language pick → a call in the customer's language.
The language is chosen in the background before the phone rings. The assistant reads the country from the delivery address, compares it with your panel settings and picks the language in a fraction of a second.

The order arrives and the country is checked
Your store passes the new order to us. The system reads the country from the delivery address (e.g. Berlin · DE) and compares it with the languages you have turned on in the panel.
The language comes from your panel
Today: your home language by default, or English for addresses abroad. From Q2 2026 on Scale+: German, French and British English. In Enterprise: any of the 22+. If a language is missing, the assistant falls back to the closest one.
Natural accent, natural words
The assistant speaks the chosen language from the first word. Local phrasing, local accent and a script written for that market. The customer picks up, confirms and adds to the order.
Your markets, your languages.
Under Languages in the main menu you turn a language on for each market separately and see which languages your plan includes. Next to it is the list of what comes later — so you know in advance when DE, FR and UK arrive.
- ✓Automatic language pick — the assistant picks the language from the delivery address (from Starter)
- ✓Your home language — the default for your main market (Starter)
- ✓English on standby — for addresses abroad (Starter, you decide)
- ◷DE · FR · UK Q2 2026 — Scale+ early access once released
- ★22+ languages in Enterprise — set up individually, available today
Your customer's language in 22+ countries.
For stores selling abroad: the assistant talks to the customer in their own language — German in Berlin, French in Lyon, Italian in Milan. We set it up individually in Enterprise. →

The full language list in Enterprise
22+ languages available today, set up individually by our team. A customer in Germany hears German, in France French, in Italy Italian. The call sounds like a local company, not a phone call from abroad.
Scripts written for the local culture
German 'Sie', French 'vous', Italian 'Lei' — every language is polite in its own way. We write scripts for local habits, not word-for-word translations.
Automatic language pick
The assistant picks the language from the delivery address (DE → German, FR → French). When a country has no ready script, it falls back to English. Settings for a single customer and switching language mid-call — set up individually in Enterprise.
The customer's language = they answer instead of hanging up.
* +61% pickup and +47% confirmations: calls in the customer's own language compared with calls in a language foreign to them. Industry reports from EU markets 2024–2025 and data from the German pilot (Scale+ early access) at HealthLabs Pharm (01–03/2026). Your result depends on the market, the calling hours and how well your number is recognised.
A store that started being heard in Germany.
We sell to Germany and Austria. In English the customer picked up, heard a foreign language and hung up after three seconds. After switching to German (Scale+ early access) we have pickup 64% instead of 18%. Night and day.
