The basics · available from Starter

A local number. Always the same one. Zero "unknown numbers".

The assistant calls from a number the customer sees and recognises. Not from the cloud, not from abroad, not from an "unknown number". You get a dedicated local number in Starter, and trust grows with every pickup.

Local prefix
from Starter

A local prefix on every market

We call from a local prefix by default — +1 in the US, +44 in the UK, +49 in Germany, +48 in Poland. The customer sees at once that this is a local call, not a foreign call centre and not spam.

Customer display: a local number with an area code they know from their own country.
Dedicated
from Starter

One number per store

The number belongs only to your store: one store, one number. You do not share it with other stores and we do not change it. The customer sees the same number on every call.

"That number again. Picking up — it's HealthLabs Pharm." Customers start to recognise the number after 2–3 contacts.
Several markets
Growth / Scale

More markets in higher plans

Every market gets its own local number. Starter covers 1 market, Growth adds a second (for example DE), Scale goes up to 5 markets in Europe, and Enterprise up to 15+ markets worldwide.

Starter: 1 market · Growth: +1 market (🇩🇪 +49 / 🇬🇧 +44 / 🇫🇷 +33 / 🇵🇱 +48) · Scale: up to 5 markets · Enterprise: 15+ worldwide
A local number for 1 market in the Starter plan ($45). A second market in Europe from Growth ($99) · 5 markets in Europe from Scale ($325).
How it works

A known number → an answered call → a confirmed order.

Everything is decided in the first second, before the customer picks up. They see the number, they recognise it, they answer. After that it is a normal call and a confirmed order.

3 steps: order → the assistant calls from your local number → the customer picks up (+73% pickup rate)
01
Order

The customer buys, we know about it

Your store passes us the new order. The assistant plans the call from your store's number using the rules in your dashboard: calling hours and order type.

The assistant calls

From your local number

The call goes out from your store's dedicated local number for that market. Not from an "unknown number", not from the cloud, not from a shared pool. The customer sees a local number — yours.

no call centre queue · right after the order
03
Pickup

The customer recognises it and answers

"I know that number, it must be the store." The customer answers without hesitating. The call happens, the order is confirmed, and the parcel does not come back to you.

How you set it up in the dashboard

Your markets, your numbers.

Under Markets in the main menu you see your local number, set your calling hours and add more markets as you grow. You set nothing up with a phone company and you manage no phone lines1 number = 1 market. We assign the number when you start.

  • Local number — a dedicated number for your store on your home market (Starter)
  • Calling hours — separately on every market, for example 9–20 local time, holidays off
  • More markets in higher plans — Growth = 2 markets · Scale = 5 markets in Europe · Enterprise = 15+
  • Local numbers — a customer in Germany sees +49, in France +33, in the UK +44
  • Your number's reputation — we watch whether phone companies mark it as spam, market by market

Scale+ · for several markets

A local number · local trust.

For stores selling abroad: a customer in Berlin sees +49, a customer in Paris sees +33. A local presence without opening a branch.

A local number on every market

Your number's reputation

We check whether phone companies in Poland and across Europe mark your number as spam. You get a heads-up when the number starts losing its good name. On Enterprise we can swap it for a fresh one.

Call history for every number

A list of calls for each number: pickup rate, repeat attempts and calls handed to your team. You can download the list as a CSV file. Recording and written transcripts (PL/EN) are available from the Scale plan.
